Mattresses

I’ve been working on moving out of my house these past two days when not at work. Its been kinda stressful but Jesus has given me strength to go forward. The other night i lost a mattress from the back of my truck when driving down Padden. Haha. First timer on that one. It was kinda funny, i had to walk back a mile to get it. It was on the side of the road away from traffic. Today I went to the zoo making it the third time this month. Nate, David and I shot a video for the new series. I haven’t been to the zoo for around seven years before this July. After I got back from the video shoot I’ve been working non stop on moving out. Nate and Mimi were there and Jessica and Jennifer also came to help. Jesus is so awesome for sending people to help. Jessica, Jennifer and Mimi are so awesome for helping. Today has been exhausting yet wonderful. Jesus is so good to me.

Parfait

Today is pretty much so awesome. I started the morning off with for sure the best fruit parfait I’ve ever had in my life. Compliments to Jessica. Jesus is so awesome. He’s been helping me non-stop with totally relying on him. I went to golden china today and it was awesome. I got the most hilarious fortune cookie. The fortune reads: “Time flies. Suns rise and shadows fall. Let time go by. Love is forever over all.” Hahaha. That is so funny. What does that even mean? Well today is awesome and Jesus is faithful.

Zoo

I went to the zoo yesterday with Jessica and Misty and the kids they were babysitting. I had a lot of fun and it helped take my mind off the loss of my grandpa. My favorite part of the the zoo would probably be the train ride. It was pretty awesome. I thank Jesus for being there for me right now and sending people to help me through this time. Jesus is even working when we don’t feel him the strongest. Today is a beautiful day outside. There is blue sky and some scattered clouds. There is so much to get done between now and when i leave. I plan to meet my brother for lunch soon and we’ll talk and plan for what we need to get done. This is such an awesome day and i give it up to the Lord.

Strength

Last night was a pretty sweet night. My dad called me first thing this morning waking me up to hear that my Grandpa past away last night at 10:30pm. My grandpa is dancing in the sweet and holy presence of Jesus right now. I’m still sad that he’s not with us on earth anymore. I put my trust in knowing that Jesus is in control. Today is going to be awesome regardless of the circumstances. Its a beautiful overcast day and I plan to bless those around me throughout it. “I can do all things through Him who gives me strength” (Philippians 4:13). Later today i met my friend Jessica at Hula Boy for lunch with the kids she’s babysitting. It was so much fun. Those kids could put a smile on a stick of glue. What a boost of joy for the day.   “The joy of the Lord is your strength” (Nehemiah 8:10).

Rain

What a day so far. Its been totally awesome. Its kinda dreary outside. Rainy and cloudy. I like it some though although. My Grand father has been in the hospital for the past month or so. He’s not doing the greatest as far as his physical health. It’s looking like he’s getting ready to go see Jesus. It’s still hard for me though. I don’t get to see him that often but i still care about him and love him so dearly. I am going to totally miss him but will see him some day. Jesus has been more than good to me today. I’m breathing and walking. I saw this guy yesterday. It made my day. I really like seeing a good road biker on the open road. This guy looks so determined and almost consumed by his fun. When i see this picture it makes me want to go for a bike ride.

Road Warrior

Today has been a pretty sweet day so far.  I’ve been working on video and praising Jesus.  The weather is pretty nice outside. It’s overcast and cool.  I like it though how it brings a nice change in the week.  Last week was hot and sunny.  I’m excited for the rest of the day and what it holds.  I also want to say that road biking is pretty amazing and the “Tour De France” is going on right now.  Road biking in general is still pretty sweet though.  I snapped this photo not to long ago.  The elderly gentleman right here can’t hide from us how much fun he is having.  Just look at that face. The face of a warrior. 

Dew

Today has been a totally awesome day, for starters God is totally awesome sweet. Secondly i got a totally wicked sweet haircut from my barber Big Rick. He totally hooked me up big with the sweetest dew ever.

Joy

The joy of the Lord is your strength (Nehemiah 8:10). Today is an amazing day and i have this joy that is so crazy and awesome. Things try to squelch this joy but i have two words, “yeah right”. Today is a totally awesome day and i want to bless the people around me.

My first Love

Just looking at the beauty that surrounds me outside reminds me of how much i love Jesus.  He is so amazing  for giving me breath to breathe each day and use it to bless those around me.

Awesome Day

Jesus is so amazing. I awoke this morning praying which is so awesome. I checked my gmail this morning and received two letters from YWAM. Pretty cool huhh? The first message was a confirmation message saying that they received my application and how busy things have been. The second letter was my letter of acceptance. My Acceptance Letter! It read “Congratulations on being accepted to the Backpackers DTS 2007 that starts on Sunday October 7^th 2007! Thank-you for getting all your application forms in”! I got so excited i jumped out of my chair and yelled out a sweet “Woo Hoo”! Today has been amazing. I’ve been fasting and praying for our team that is going out to the different countries with ywam.
